For ready to dispatch orders, it may take around 1- 7 days for delivery inside India. And pre-booking orders might take 25–30 working days to start dispatch. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
At Vasthraa Collections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of:
● Major damage
● Wrong item sent (including incorrect size)
To process a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly capture:
1. The parcel being opened from the start, showing the address label…
2. You should submit the parcel opening 360° video without pause and cut.
Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted. No replacements or refunds will be processed if the required video is not provided.
Important Notes:
● Do not return any product without prior authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for replacement.
● Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Once a product has been dispatched, returns are not accepted

Conditions For Returning A Product
At Vasthraa collections, we conduct a thorough quality check in case of a reported defect. If a defect is confirmed, we will refund the product cost along with shipping charges.
Issues NOT considered defects :
- Small knots or bumps in threads from broken thread rejoining
- Uneven threads connecting the border to the body
- Slubs (bundled residual threads)
- Minute gaps in motifs
- Dye bleeding onto the pallu (common in powerloom sarees)
- Loose threads in Bandhani sarees due to the tying and dyeing process
- We get it—colors can look different on different screens! We do our best to capture the most accurate shades, but if you’re unsure, feel free to ask our team for guidance before purchasing.
Issues considered defects :
- A tear in the saree
- Incorrect length (different from what was stated)
- Missing blouse piece (if originally included)
Return/Exchange Process :
- Returns can be processed for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or higher value.
- Email us ———- within 3 days of receiving your order.
- After confirmation, ship the product back within 7 days of receipt.
Care Instructions:
- Iron at a low temperature.
- Wash separately in cold water.
- Dry cleaning is recommended for pure and silk-based fabrics.
